The 401k retirement benefit with a 4% company match allows employees to save for retirement by contributing a percentage of their salary into a tax-deferred savings account. Lorenz will match up to 4% of the employee’s contribution.
Health, vision, and disability insurance premiums for all Lorenz employees are paid for by Lorenz. In-network providers are Mercy, Cox Health, and Barnes-Jewish Hospital. The employee pays deductibles, copays, and other expenses beyond the premium.
Paid time off includes vacation, holidays, and discretionary days.
On-call compensation – The time an employee spends on-call is compensated. There is a payment made to employees for each day they are on call over and above any compensation they may receive for working hours or service calls.
