We maintain your systems, ensuring consistent performance throughout the year for your home.
Standard Performance Maintenance Agreement
$240/yr
What’s Included:
- Spring Maintenance
- Fall Maintenance
- Includes standard 1” filters
- 10% labor and material discount on ALL service calls
Discount does not apply to quoted jobs
Standard additional systems will be $216 per system
Other Additions
One Time Plumbing Inspection:
- Locate, test and tag main water shutoff
- Check outside hydrants operation and make sure all hoses are disconnected
- Test operation of fixture shutoff valves
- Visual inspection for supply and drain leaks
- Visual inspection of crawl space
- Visual inspection of water heaters, filters, sump & lift pumps and any additional plumbing equipment.
This is a general visual inspection to find any obvious issues or concerns and does not guarantee there are not issues either visible or concealed that may exist. Any issues that are found will be noted and conveyed to the owner with an option and cost to resolve.
Existing customers will be rolled into the program under their existing pricing, but they will be renewed next year at the new rate
Customers who choose not to utilize the plumbing inspection will not be discounted on the PM price
Pricing is based on a standard residential system in a standard location which must be verified prior to finalizing a PM contract.
