Everything Your Home Needs in One Convenient Plan
What’s Included:
- Spring maintenance visit
- Fall maintenance visit
- Standard 1″ filters
- 10% labor and material discount on ALL service calls
- One-time whole-home plumbing inspection

Your One-Time Plumbing Inspection Covers:
- Locate, test, and tag main water shutoff
- Check operation of outside hydrants and ensure all hoses are disconnected
- Test operation of fixture shutoff valves
- Inspect for supply and drain leaks
- Examine crawl space
- Review water heaters, filters, sump & lift pumps, and any additional plumbing equipment
This is a general visual inspection intended to find obvious issues or concerns. It does not guarantee that no issues, visible or concealed, exist. Any issues we find will be documented and shared with the homeowner, along with options and costs to resolve them.
Existing customers will be enrolled at their current pricing and renewed the following year at the new rate.
All benefits, including the plumbing inspection, are part of your membership. Declining any included service does not change the annual price.
Pricing is based on a standard residential system in a standard location, which must be verified before a Performance Maintenance contract is finalized.
Why a Performance Maintenance Agreement Pays for Itself
Routine maintenance is the simplest way to avoid surprise breakdowns and extend the life of your equipment. As a member, you receive a 10% discount on labor and materials on every service call, so you pay less every time you need us. Your agreement also bundles services many homeowners pay for separately — two seasonal tune-ups, a one-time whole-home plumbing inspection, and dryer vent cleaning — into one annual price, so you save without having to schedule and track each one yourself.
Just as importantly, regular visits help us catch small issues early — a worn part, a minor leak, a dirty coil — before they turn into the major failures that lead to emergency repairs. And when a tune-up turns up a bigger problem — a failing furnace or aging water heater — our financing options let you handle it now with manageable monthly payments.
In the end, a maintenance plan is about more than comfort. It’s about protecting your investment. Consistent, year-round care keeps your heating, cooling, and plumbing running the way they should, so you spend less on emergencies and get more years out of the equipment you’ve already paid for.

Your Maintenance Plan Questions, Answered
Our Client Questions
"While other home repair companies fade away, we’re still here taking care of generations of customers just like you.”
Mike Lorenz Polino // Owner & CEO
Are HVAC maintenance plans worth it?
Yes. Regular tune-ups keep your system running efficiently, reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns, and help your equipment last longer — while your 10% member discount lowers the cost of any service you do need.
How much does the maintenance plan cost?
The Standard Performance Maintenance Agreement is $240 per year, and each additional system is $216. Your membership includes both seasonal tune-ups, a 10% service discount, a one-time whole-home plumbing inspection, and standard dryer vent cleaning. Pricing is based on a standard residential system, which we verify before finalizing your agreement.
How often should my HVAC system be serviced?
We recommend professional maintenance twice a year — once in spring for cooling and once in fall for heating — and both visits are included in your agreement. We also suggest servicing your water heater once a year to improve efficiency and extend its lifespan.
