Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend cost-effective repair or replacement solutions
- Perform new construction rough-in and finish plumbing installations
- Complete service calls for drain cleaning, leak repairs, water line work, and fixture replacements
- Follow all local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Communicate clearly with customers about the work being performed and any additional needs identified
- Complete job documentation, invoicing, and service notes accurately and on time
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean, working condition

- Manage time efficiently to meet daily scheduling commitments
- Participate in on-call rotation as required (on-call time is compensated)
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment

- Other duties as assigned
